Cats must have been regularly vaccinated against feline panleukopenia, feline viral rhinotracheitis, feline herpesvirus, and feline leukemia virus within the last year on the day of admission. The most recent booster vaccination must have been administered at least 10 days prior to admission to the cattery.

Cats must be effectively protected against fleas, ticks, and worms. Treatments must have been renewed at least ten days before admission to the cattery.

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 7 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Exceptions may be granted for legitimate reasons (medical certificate, death in the family, or other duly justified reason).

The owner is required to pay for all nights of board booked for which the board contract has been signed, even in the event of early departure.

You can call the cattery to ask for news about your pet(s). However, given the number of cats in our care, we can only respond to one or two requests.

We post photos of our cats daily on the Chatterie du Point du Jour Facebook and Instagram pages. However, we are not obligated to guarantee the owner that photos or videos of their cat(s) will be published during their stay.

The full amount of the board must be paid on the day of departure, in cash and by usual debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, etc.)
